How billing and refunds work.
Pay for success
You are charged only when a solve succeeds. Attempts that fail are not billed.
Automatic refunds
If a task is charged but then errors, the amount is automatically credited back to your balance. You do not need to request it.
Prepaid balance
Your account balance is prepaid and used to pay for successful solves. Unused balance is non-refundable.
